AMPSEAL Robust Headers have been specially developed for environments where strong vibration, moisture, and high mechanical stress are part of everyday life.
Metal bushings at all four mounting points provide significantly increased stability on the PCB and ensure secure mounting, even under severe shock and vibration conditions.
In addition, the series offers IP67 protection, allowing the connectors to operate reliably even outdoors and in contaminated environments.
Powerful contact technology
The compact connectors achieve a current carrying capacity of up to 17 A (gold contacts) or 8 A (tin contacts). With a contact size of 1.3 mm and a robust design, they are ideally suited for power-intensive applications.
Flexible variants for modern PCB design
The series includes 8-, 14-, 23-, and 35-pin versions, each available as straight or 90° angled headers.
Another advantage is full backward compatibility with existing AMPSEAL receptacle housings and accessories. This means that existing designs can continue to be used without modification.
