For our sales force in Czech Republic / Brno we are looking for a
Specialist Technical Internal Sales (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities – Customer support with impact
- Active support and consulting for our customers in the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets
- Service-oriented consulting, including technical questions
- Preparation of quotations, price calculations, and follow-up
- Direct collaboration with international suppliers on projects, special pricing, and lead times
- Order processing and organization of deliveries
- Handling customer complaints and preparing credit notes
Your profile – Skills that make a difference
- Experience in wholesale or international trade is an advantage
- Confident in using Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written), German and/or Hungarian is an advantage
- Strong team spirit and reliability
- Customer-oriented mindset with an active approach towards customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
