binder introduces new field-terminatable M12 connectors from the 813 (T-coded) and 823 (L-coded) series. The new models feature a robust stainless steel locking mechanism, meet IP67 protection standards, and are designed for over 100 mating cycles – ideal for harsh industrial environments.
The 813 series offers 4 poles, supports cable diameters from 6–10 mm, and, with a rated current of 12 A (at 63 V), is particularly suitable for applications with increased protection requirements. Connection is via screw terminals for conductor cross-sections up to 1.5 mm² (AWG 16).
The 823 series is designed for higher current loads up to 16 A, offers 4 or 4+FE poles, and supports cable diameters from 8–13 mm and conductor cross-sections up to 2.5 mm² (AWG 14). Here, too, stainless steel locking and IP67 certification ensure high reliability.
Both series are temperature-resistant from -40 °C to +105 °C.
With these connectors, binder offers a reliable solution for signal, data, and power supply in demanding industrial applications – especially in the context of Industry 4.0.
