Subminiature Connectors
binder micro circular connectors are designed for a variety of applications where size and signal integrity are important. binder offers M9 pin, bayonet, push-pull and screw models in two different versions, IP40 or IP67. To manufacture circular connectors, binder uses high-quality materials. Seven different series are available, which convince with the following advantages:

Miniature Connectors
This series of seven miniature circular connectors is suitable for a wide range of applications thanks to a large selection of latches, terminal arrangements ,IP ratings and terminations.
The choices are: Push Pull,Latching,Bayonet and M16 buckles. Depending on the series, 2-24 pole connectors are available in cable or flange versions. Connections are either crimped, dip welded, screw terminal and welded connection, braided wire and molded cable.

Power Connectors
The range of power connectors is suitable for virtually all low and high voltage applications, from security and CCTV systems to fieldbus Ethernet components and AC and DC motors. Select models meet the demands of the harshest environments - indoor and outdoor. Various connection options are available; bayonet locking system, M25 and RD24 can be locking system. Some models are ESTI, UL and VDE certified. Users can choose straight, right angle and edged cable versions to expand the range of applications.

Connectors for Medical Devices
In addition to the ELC 570 series with unique snap-in connection system, binder also offers medical versions in the range of industrial snap-in and bayonet connection systems for highly sensitive "healthcare" environments. Two series have more than 500 mating cycles and two have more than 5000 cycles, which is very important in this field. All four series are made of high quality materials to ensure the quality and reliability required in the medical field.

Users can order circular connectors with 2 to 12 contacts and a variety of termination options, including solder, crimp, dip solder, wire and twisted. M5, M8 and M12 screw-locking connectors are available in straight, right-angle and flanged styles. Automation Technology - Data Transmission
binder offers 7 different circular connectors for signal and data transmission in modern automated factories. They are mainly M8, M12, M16 circular connectors, which can be configured by the customer according to the specific application. In terms of data transmission, the latest shielded X-coded M12 connector can handle data transmission rates of up to 10 Gbit/s.

Automation Technology - Voltage and Power Supply
Power connectors are used to provide long-term high-voltage power to AC motors, drives and motor switches, and are also used in low-voltage applications such as fieldbus Ethernet components and network devices. These are mainly M12, M18 and 7/8-inch circular connectors that can be configured by the customer to suit the application. M12 connectors with K and S coding are available for voltages up to 630 V AC.

Automation Technology - Solenoid Valve Connectors
Connectors for advanced automation applications include three series of solenoid valve connectors. Designer solenoid connectors IP40 to IP67 A, B and C to DIN EN 175301-803, many models are available in low profile or standard size housings. Depending on the model, 2 PE, 2 2PE and 3 PE contacts are available. They are also available for connection cables assembled on one or both ends, the overmolded version has an M12 connector on the other end. Some versions have LED indicators. In addition to the solenoid valve plug, there are also sockets and plugs.
