Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) antennas are positioning antennas that enable the reception of positioning information sent into orbit by satellites. They are used for navigation and positioning of vehicles and objects, for example in the areas of public safety, transport & logistics, anti-theft protection and industry. To ensure an accurate calculation of the current position, GNSS antennas must "see" at least four satellites. The HIRSCHMANN antennas include all global satellite services such as GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and BEIDOU. HIRSCHMANN MOBILITY's portfolio includes both standard products and customer-specific solutions. In addition, the GNSS antennas are not only available as individual antennas, but also in combination with mobile radio, WLAN, Iridium or ORBCOMM.
